Kültepe VCIF is an early stage fund established by Istanbul Portfolio Management and Kültepe Investment, mainly with investors from Kayseri. In 2019, Kültepe Investment was established with the partnership of industrialists and business people from Kayseri to invest only in startups. In this fund, 12 different startups were invested in at the pre-seed stage. Then, Kultepe VCIF was established to popularize technology-focused investment in Kayseri. Kultepe VCIF, established with Istanbul Portfolio Management, invests in technology-focused startups with global activities.
