Inveo Ventures, established in 2022 as a corporate venture capital structure in partnership with Gedik Investment, a leading brokerage house in capital markets for over 30 years, and its affiliated group Inveo Investment Holding, focuses on early-stage and bridge-stage investment rounds within the Turkish Entrepreneurship Ecosystem. The fund aims to invest alongside leading venture capital funds and targets the discounted acquisition of shares in companies that have received strategic and/or VC investments, available for sale in the secondary market. In addition to financial investments, Inveo Ventures provides non-cash support, including business development, mentoring, and team structuring, to the startups it invests in, positioning itself as the center of the group's technology investment. With a targeted fund size of 10 million USD, the fund currently has investments in 9 companies. As of October 2024, Inveo Ventures' direct and indirect active venture portfolio includes more than 70 technology companies, including the fund structures managed or partnered by the group and ventures directly invested in.
