Fonlabüyüsün is a crowdfunding platform that was authorized by the Capital Markets Board on September 30, 2021, to engage in equity-based crowdfunding activities as a service of Halk Invest. Fonlabüyüsün focuses on deep technology startups in the early stages of their life cycles. By the end of 2024, the platform had successfully completed nine crowdfunding campaigns. The platform provides entrepreneurs with the opportunity to present their projects to a wide audience of users and investors, enabling them to secure the financing they need as well as potential customers through the equity-based investment model. Fonlabüyüsün collaborates with technoparks, acceleration programs, incubation centers, and other cooperative investors. Projects that apply directly through the platform are also evaluated. In addition to these collaborations, the Fonlabüyüsün Venture Capital Investment Fund (Fonlabüyüsün GSYF) was established by Ziraat Portföy A.Ş., with the support of the Fonlabüyüsün crowdfunding platform, to facilitate reinvestment. The platform focuses on providing growth capital to startups that target global markets, serve B2B customers, offer innovative engineering solutions and industrial products and/or services, prioritize sustainability and the circular economy, and are in or near the commercialization or scale-up stages of their life cycles.
