The Fund primarily aims to provide capital, acquire equity stakes, and/or offer structured financing that combines debt and equity to technology-driven companies established or to be established in Türkiye. It targets ventures with strong capabilities in technology development and production, high growth potential, and clear funding needs, and may also act as a founding partner. In selecting target companies, preference is given to firms that demonstrate strong potential for growth and development, create innovative products and technologies in value-added sectors, and have a proven track record with a growth-oriented vision and leadership potential in their industries.
